Always a positive experience, my dog is happy going in and I when I pick her up. The staff makes boarding a smooth and stress free process. Very clear with services provided, no surprises. Highly recommend!

My dog, Arya, loves Pet Palace! We use their daycare services quite often, and we also board Arya at Pet Palace whenever we go on vacation. We also love Pet Palace's grooming services, particularly because Arya is more sensitive to loud noises, so the staff always take extra care to make her feel comfortable while she is getting dried off.
Arya always enters Pet Palace happy and comes out happy, which is the best thing I can hope for when leaving her for boarding. The staff is great! Very friendly! Laura (groomer) was so patient with my puppy. It took some time but he finally calmed down. He LOVES Laura!! He starts getting excited when we pull into the parking lot. Once inside when he sees her his whole body shakes when he wags his tail.
