Good luck getting your medical records if you need them. I've been trying for a week. Multiple messages, they don't call back. If I had a fax machine, MAYBE I could get them, but I'm not at all sure about that. Records belong to the patient and MUST be provided.

Dr Kevin is a fantastic ENT and has a great attitude, I can't reccomended him or this practice highly enough and have been very happy with the prompt care and treatment I've received here

This office charged me $60 for glasses prescripion exam, on top of my $40 copay. I did use my BCBS insurance, and this office never informed that I would be charged for a pescription exam, and this was the whole purpose of my visit to this office. This was my first time in this office, and I have never been charged for a pescription exam before, it has been always a part of an eye exam.
