My son and I had an awesome experience here. We were greeted when we walked in by everyone. There was no rush/pressure when looking for our glasses. Our associate Jaleya was the best. She even walked around with us to help us find exactly what we were looking for. When we picked up our glasses, the guy that helped us also gave us some good advice. My family and I scheduled visits last week. Everyone was kind and professional. This was our first time doing a virtual visit with the optometrist. We felt comfortable and well taken care with the technician being there to support. We were very satisfied. What sets this place from other opticians was that we did not feel pressured to buy anything. We were given accurate and helpful information and were able to make an informed decision. Phenomenal staff! everybody was wonderful to talk to and extremely receptive not to mention they got me in and out In record time, the older gentleman and the young lady working the front desk and counter we're great and I wish I had gotten their names so I could pay them their respects.
