Okay where to begin. This is the best facial i’ve EVER had. Santana’s customer service is A1. The entire experience from beginning to end was just so amazing and i’m not saying that to just say that. I was welcomed with open arms and the entire process was thoroughly explained to me before we even started. You also get to choose a playlist off her playlist selection to listen to while getting the facial done. She makes the entire experience about YOU which was so wholesome. I can’t say enough good things. I will definitely be going back. She also was giving out complimentary roses at the end of the sessions due to valentine’s day being right around the corner. We need more people like her in the world. She really deserves 10 stars :)
