Went to Lady Jane’s today and Johanna did a great job on my hair and it didn’t take long at all! (she didn’t rush, just knew what she was doing ?) Just moved to the area and she did a much better job than the previous salon I went to at a much better price! All of the staff were friendly. Found a great place to get my haircut!

Took my boys here for back to school hair cuts today and I can not talk about how much of an amazing time they had!! These ladies pay attention to what the kids were telling them and they all walked out with what they wanted!!! Felicia was especially amazing making sure the Mohawk my 6 year old wanted was just perfect! He has been showing off all night!! I highly recommend her and this establishment!! Thank you guys again!!

See for Felicia or Tiffany. Both are great. You show them a haircut and they’ll copy exactly like that.

Though I was able to schedule an appointment easily, the rest of the experience was ridiculously unprofessional. I called and made an appointment for my partner. He went in for a haircut and saw Felicia. She sat him down and asked how much he wanted cut of, to which he responded not sure and showed a picture of exactly what he wanted and usually gets. She then gave him attitude and said fine and cut barely a quarter inch off. He needed far more than that. She left the entire back long and uneven and the top sticking up and hairline short. It was a mess. He asked her to fix the issues and she said "fine but I'm charging for $50 for 2 haircuts" to which he was confused and upset. After arguing with her she finally gave in to only charge for a single haircut and then lectured him and told him "Time is money. You're wasting my time." He paid and left. To make things WORSE, when he came home she left his face covered in hair all in his eyes, cheeks and all over his shirt not even bothering to dust it off. Absolutely horrendous experience from Felecia. We are both so upset.

Being generous here and by not posting 2 since the cut was passable. 1st time there as walk in , not greeted. I was told on the phone I did not need to make an appointment. There is no receptionist and told to check in. We Waited 30 minutes after picked “first available” option for my son. Another gentleman walks in and randomly selects a stylist after asking hairdressers who can fade (apparently many claimed they could not). 5-10 minutes later they pull him in for a cut. In most walk in establishments First available means the first available hairdresser pulls first waiting client. In this backwards unprofessional scenario selecting a random stylist gets you in sooner. Before walking out I made an appointment for next day. Son’s hair came out average square look on top and not blended on sides/ lower back head. So no. I would not return and will not recommend this place.
