I am so grateful for Horizons Therapy for Liberation. My spouse and I found Horizons almost 5 years ago when we were transitioning our 19 year relationship to something that better fit who we are now (read: SCARY! And also… we are still together and better than ever at year 24). Since then we have had multiple family members see therapists in this office and each one has had a very positive experience. I can confidently say working with them has made us all more confident, happy, and grounded humans. I highly recommend Horizons Therapy for Liberation.

I saw a wonderful therapist who helped through a big transition in my life, and the staff was always very kind and helpful. If I come back to North Carolina, I'll definitely continue with them and would recommend them to anyone.

Horizons Therapy for Liberation is a phenomenal practice. Ive been a patient of the practice for several years now, and they've been able to surpass my needs as an individual under various levels of need, as well as offering outstanding couples' therapist care when needed. Their focus on queer identities and non-standard relationship styles have helped me grow and flourish, as both a person and a life partner. They have been flexible with working alongside my various insurance coverages throughout our time together, with my out-of-pocket expenditure a concern of theirs as much as mine, including taking the time and effort to research if there was compatibility for coverage...read full review
