Sandra is the best Physical Therapist I’ve ever had. She is attentive, caring, and very very good at treating the cause of an issue and not just the symptoms. Her knowledge and passion for educating her clients means that you always know why you’re doing an exercise or having a certain type of pain after working with her. My recovery postpartum for diastasis recti was so much smoother because of her!
I came to see Sandra during my first pregnancy due to pain I was experiencing from a previous injury. Sandra helped me to significantly reduce that pain, and also helped me to strengthen other areas in preparation for childbirth. Sandra was kind, patient, and encouraging. She was willing to be flexible with appointments around my unique schedule to ensure I was able to be seen and receive treatment when I needed it. I would highly recommend her to any moms-to-be or new mamas!
Sandra has been such an amazing therapist! She is patient, kind, accommodating, quick to respond and so, so very helpful. She is a wealth of knowledge in her field and she has been able to teach me and essentially help to retrain my body to do what it should in order to function optimally after giving birth to 4 babies. I believe she truly is one of the best pelvic floor therapists out there, and I’m grateful to her for the progress I’ve been able to make over these last few months! I look forward to continuing to work with Sandra and improve! Would recommend her 100%!
