The owner of this business, Ebony, has proven several times over how unprofessional she is. She started with inappropriate sexual behavior, phone calls, photos, texts etc.. with the owner of the business she contracted with. Who,by the way, was not a single man! She has been very unprofessional in many of her other business dealings by doing unethical things such as posting reviews for herself online for her business by posing as the owner of the business she is working with. When asked to remove the posts, she refused to respond and has not complied. I will attach screenshots as proof of this. If I could give her zero stars I would! Ebony Enterprise Multi Business is a very professional company that provides a strong background in Business Consultations. I was having some internal problems with my company and I am glad I hired her. She is very professional with all of my clients and customers over the phone and in person. She delegates well with the staff and knows how to keep them on track and things in order when I, the owner isn't present. She handles irate customers with ease and has 100 percent patients when it comes to hearing the complaint and resolving. I really appreciate all that she is doing for my company at Jay's Heavy Duty Repair & Towing.
