Absolutely amazing experience! I was in need of a nice relaxing spa day. This was the perfect place. She used a combination of red light therapy, cupping and hot stones. The environment was calm and inviting. My husband loved it too! We will definitely be back!

Hands down the best massage I’ve ever gotten, this is what I sent my best friend afterwards: “ I just got the best massage of my life. It’s Shermicka that Tara recommended, in the same building with her, like it was a game changer and her massages she does lymphatic and she also offers the red light therapy and she did this dry brush on me, which is good for lymphatic healing or whatever.” ❤️

Shermicka’s is an excellent massage therapist and a great person. She always listens carefully to ensure she is addressing areas where I have pain. She is able to help address the pain and muscle tension while still providing a very peaceful massage.
