My pup and I love the folks at Chatham! We have always been shown such care and attention. They're great with animals and the staff are incredibly helpful. We moved an hour away a year and a half ago and we still make the drive to see them!

I’m entirely disappointed in my experience with Chatham Animal Hospital. Over the summer, I established a physical for my dog. During the physical, Dr. Chaddock tried to pressure me into getting an unnecessary surgery and was unable to provide assurances for concerns I had. While I cannot speak to her abilities as a vet, her ability to deal with people is not fully developed and frustrating. Yesterday, I went in for a tech visit for yearly vaccinations. They tried to insist on a wellness visit for more money and were not able to just do a tech visit. While they waived the fee for the wellness visit, they acted like they were doing me a favor - not something that is industry standard. Today, after they sent his records to my dogs boarding facility, it came to my attention that they missed giving him a vaccination. This is wholly unprofessional and unacceptable. When I tried to call back to find a solution the receptionist was rude. She interrupted the vet while in surgery, insisted it was my fault she had to do that, and was unable to answer any of my questions. Because of the vaccination my dog received yesterday, he should not receive any for two weeks. They told me I could go in today but when I tried to raise concerns about my dogs safety in doing that, the receptionist just got frustrated with me and didn’t understand why I was concerned about that. I will not be back here and I do not recommend this vet for others.

We receive fantastic care for our Rescue Great Dane Josie at Chatham Animal Hospital. Dr. Craddock crafted a treatment plan for Josie’s heart worm infestation that was humane and cost effective. The skilled Vet Tech staff is very adept at handling our 120 pound girl. You can feel the love they have for her. This is our third Dane that we have trusted to their care. We highly recommend them.

We have been going to Chatham Animal Hospital for 11 years now and the reason is simple - they provide amazing service and the vets are simply the best. Let's start with Dr. Bailey - not only is he extremely competent, but he's such a delight when you speak with him. Always really good advice and you won't find a more caring person. The there's Dr. Cradick. She's just as kind, caring and competent as Dr. Bailey and always a delight to see. There was also Dr. K, who recently retired. He was wonderful and both his son and daughter worked at the Hospital (daughter still does and she's just as much a delight as the rest). I would highly recommend Chatham Animal Hospital to anyone who wants excellent care for their pets. As I mentioned before, this is based on having been going there for 11 years and looking forward to many more!

My succession of cats have been clients of Chatham Animal Hospital for decades, and I can’t imagine taking them anywhere else. The veterinarians and staff are always compassionate, understanding, and forgiving of annoyed cats who offer their own “customer feedback” during visits. Everyone at CAH gets major props from this Cat Staffer!

I’ve been taking my dog to Dr Bailey at Chatham for 5+ years and have had nothing but great experiences, both with routine checkups and for a severe surgery. He also diagnosed some difficult issues and has always been a pleasure to deal with. The office staff are great too and overall I can’t say enough positive things.
