I received a TMJ massage with Helen and it was the best massage I've ever had. I originally thought I had issues with my TMJ clenching and grinding, which was causing my neck pain, however, Helen was able to identify it was actually my IT band that was causing my neck pain. I learned so much from her during my session and she took extra time to explain to me what I can do to mitigate the pain I was experiencing with home remedies. I would definitely go back again!
