Donna is an amazing yoga instructor. She's knowledgeable, compassionate, and reasonable with her exercises. I started coming to classes once a week in the evenings but soon realized I wanted to take more classes than just once a week -- so I started coming twice a week in the mornings. When looking for yoga classes in the Raleigh/Cary area I didn't want a standard "exercise class" at a gym but was rather seeking a more relaxed and peaceful environment. I really lucked out finding Donna and Yoga For You. Also of note: Donna is a licensed massage therapist. Whether you're looking for yoga, a massage, or both, Yoga For You has got you covered.

Donna cares about the union of one's mind and body, the original meaning of the word yoga. Breathing consciously and safe movements--excellent stretching, meditation, and relaxation -- not an aerobics class. I have been a regular student for over 10 years; and I have seen how excellent she is at paying attention to each student at every level of difficulty, and suggesting adaptations as needed.
