Advance is back ward lowest reasonable person standerd some one have to fix ad. Community for 70 others like me being mis use,abuses & dis used by advance dental. I was canceled out 8 times after made payments & set appointment eact time betrayed & denials. I am stuck for cooperating I could have done @ fraction of time& money with 1 yr wait @30/ m plan that will cover me after 1 yrbuti was given promis & I paid & waited that was never a contract with advance now I am stuck between rock & hard . advance so abusive of others time& needs Keep sorrying,& next waiting. It has been two weeks since last seen a doctor almost three I had to get a ultra sound on these tumors on the back of my thigh, still have called four times and Doctor still hasn't returned my call everyone I speak with is well I don't understand why she's not called let me shoot her another message!!! I am so sorry yeah well me too y'all sent four messages and still nothing I mean my God I had to go get my own results but I don't know what this all means

I wish I could give them zero stars. Everyone from the staff to the doctors are terrible and come across like you're the bane of their existence. Like, how dare you make them do their jobs and attend to people? How dare you have a health crisis and need to see a doctor.
God help you if you need a referral to a specialist they'll jerk you around in every direction and fight you on sending over a scrap of paper, even if your health is at risk.
