9Round Kickboxing Fitness

I've been with 9Round Cary for a few months now and it has been an awesome experience! The trainers are all very welcoming and encouraging. You get the feel of a group fitness class while being at your own station. They give one-on-one direction even with multiple people working out at the same time. I have a really busy schedule that changes every week making it hard for me to get to scheduled classes so I really love that there is a workout ready for me whenever I can get there. If you're looking for a good workout, this is the place!

I am a new member, signed up last week. So far, it's been AMAZING - engaging and customized sessions focused on everything your body needs to get a great, effective workout. I love the trainers there as they are passionate and love making an impact. I will be back again.
