It’s a breathe of fresh air having a practitioner actually listen to your concerns and not just shuffle you around, spend ample amount of time with you during a visit, and give you clarity about the next steps in managing your health goals. This year I decided to forego traditional insurance policies since they don’t cover much anyways. I’m pay out of pocket and I have a catastrophic plan for emergencies. Dr Annis and the whole Unorthodoc Team has been amazing to work with. Dr Annis told me about her idea to start a DPC many years ago. She wanted to be a Doctor and the insurance constraints didn’t allow that. I’ve been 100% sold on this style of offering since. We hire people to be experts in the craft they embrace, so why not hire a doctor to be a doctor. The value of Unorthodoc is priceless and your Internet payment for WebMD is more per year than their professional opinions. Just think about that…
