I've worked with many fine massage therapists over the years, and I I've never found one better than Kate, Her knowledge and skills are truly exceptional. Kate is also an analytical thinker, which allows her to identify systemic issues and suggest wholistic solutions. In short, Kate is a world class massage therapist! We are lucky indeed to have her in Carrboro.
I left my first appointment with Kathryn feeling weightless and grounded -- two sensations my body hasn't felt in a long time due to chronic head pain and tension. She was an excellent listener and clearly knowledgeable. I'll definitely be back!
I came to Kathryn with muscle-strain issues in my back that had been bothering me for more than a month. In a single session, she was able to identify the source of these pains and provide long-term relief.
