While in town visiting family I found Carrboro Yoga while searching for a nearby studio to continue my yoga practice. The classes are great - very welcoming atmosphere, highly skilled teachers, beautiful studio. I think I found my new permanent yoga studio when I finally move to this area. Thanks 🙏

This is a beautiful yoga studio and place to practice in community! There is a thoughtfulness and attention to detail in the environment and the classes that really drew me in. A space that feels welcoming to beginners and advanced yogis. 🙏🏼

I love how safe and welcome I feel at this studio. I am new to yoga and I appreciate the options that are given for each pose so I don't feel left out as a beginner. They have plenty of supplies if you don't know what to bring and offer a variety of classes depending on your level. I have left every class feeling relaxed, challenged, and supported. I'm also grateful that they offer an intro pass to let you try before committing to a membership. Would recommend to anybody looking for a yoga studio to call home!
