This is where my PCM resides, and I love the fact that they also have a lab and a pharmacy on-site. I am able to see my primary care manager. Get a prescription, pick it up and leave all within 1 to 2 hours.

Fantastic experience from check in to check out. The front desk was welcoming and professional. My assistants and provider (Ms. Reynolds, NP) were knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. I was able to get a physical, vaccination, lab work, and pick up a prescription while I was there.

My doctor is great, but trying to get lab work done is hard. I don't work on post, so I have to take off work for appointments. I lose pay when I have to take off work, which is acceptable when I can plan ahead. To show up at the clinic during hours that the Lab is supposed to be open but it is closed is frustrating.
