The only reason this is getting 2 stars instead of one is because of Dr. Oden. She is great!!! She is the only reason I still go to this horrible place!!! Trying to get them to answer the phone is a joke! I just called and was next in line, then when they picked up the phone they hung up. So I called back. 2nd in line....wait 5 minutes and then get an answering machine. When it goes to have you leave a message, it says sorry, mailbox is full!!!! I've tried calling them before at 3:30 on a Friday and was 8th in line it said. At 5pm I was next in line...well guess what, they closed and never answered my call!!! 1 and a half hours on hold to never get through!!!!...read full review

I'm retired military and Benhaven is my area provider. They have been my provider for almost three years. Not once have I been able to make an appointment over the phone, I get their voice mail, message service and they never once call back. The only way I have ever been able to schedule an appointment was to physically walk into the office on Hwy 87. If they cannot call back, maybe they need to set up an online scheduler. Also, I have never actually seen a doctor in all my visits; just a PA. In most cases the PAs were friendly and helpful. The front desk staff is generally friendly and helpful but they never answer their appointment line.
