Jacob came out and serviced our water heater today. I haven’t normally had the best experience with this company, but Jacob was patient, thorough, & knowledgeable! A breath of fresh air after being with American Home Shield for a year and them only contracting with this company.
Jacob, from Steven A. Mills plumbing, came to replace the water lines under my kitchen sink. He was punctual, calling ahead to make sure I knew he was on the way. And during the service he was very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. While I hope I don’t need any repairs anytime soon, I would be more than happy to trust him with the work because I know it’ll be done properly.
