7/13/26: Our home warranty company sent out Neptune Plumbing to replace our leaking garbage disposal. Owner Chris arrived the morning after reporting our problem. In less than one hour Chris had removed the dead disposal, installed and tested the new one, and cleaned up. We were very pleased with Chris’s friendly service.

We reached out to Chris with Neptune Plumbing about flushing our water heater. From the moment he arrived, everything was top-notch. He showed up right on time, was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why it mattered. No upselling, no unnecessary drama, just honest, quality work done right. We won’t hesitate to call him again for any future plumbing needs, and we’ll gladly send our friends, family, and neighbors his way. Hopefully we won’t need a plumber too often… but when we do, we know exactly who we’re calling.
Called Chris for the first time just from the Google reviews he had. Came out ahead of the scheduled time and promptly fixed our problem. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced. He exceeded our expectations and we will definitely call him for any future plumbing nèeds.
