“Now I think this provider is absolutely a sweet guy. But I spent close to $400 on now two pair of glasses that I can’t wear or tolerate- I need them so badly and hated to call and let him know again that the second pair still do not work for me. I believe either the company he is sending these glasses to are off or something. When he tests me and retested me things where ok but yet the glasses I picked up seemed far off-I have left a message or two - but nothing I can do now because I have moved. But he did try- I just think I should have taken the road trip back home to my old eye doc who knows my history- but if I where back that way I would still go to him and allow him to make it right bc I feel like he would. I do like that your appointments are one on one and you’re the only one there so all the focus is on you. That is the best part. I truly think the issues are the lens company and not the provider here!“
