My first visit yesterday. Very professional, personable and polite. Never had any issues before but they diagnosed my condition and gave me an awesome diagnosis. I will be back in the future and will refer everyone I know! Big thanks to the Staff?
There is no need to go to any other eye care facility. This is the best choice, hands down. My car wouldn't start had to get to my appt I was so upset to call them about my problem. Tina at the front desk eased my mind offered to come get me or have her husband pick me up Dr Stephanie said come any time.that day ... customer service across the board was at the highest level I have experienced or heard of.. Ariel explaining what she was doing to the check out people all wore smiles were happy in their work. Being new to the area not knowing anyone I have great comfort in knowing these folks will watch after me!
I was very nervous going in to appointment with uncertain health issues. Technician Lily & Dr. Burr made me feel relaxed and that I was important. Everyone at the practice was WONDERFUL. Took away my anxiety. Thanks to ALL.
