I needed someone to clean my carpets, it was a last minute thing. I spoke with owner directly. He didn't make it to my job on the assigned day and time. His company van broke down plus a close family member had an emergency need for hospitalization. He took the time to talk to me in a very difficult scenario, super nice guy. He was apologetic and we set it up for the following day. Totally explained to me about the process, the special machines that come from Europe. The carpets are just slightly moistened, less drying time, the way the machines work on the carpet fibers.Our place gets rented out about 1/3 of a year usually. Joe Jr and Sr are the best in the biz.. high quality service at an affordable price. Buying beige rugs wasn’t the brightest idea with two dogs but they look better than new. Excited to have them back for a deep LVP clean next.

Joe and his crew did a great job on the carpets. Very responsive, great communication and the place never looked better. They even got out an old stain I didn't even call out to them. Great folks to do business with.
