After O2’s initial carpet cleaning, our new home (with carpet that is over 15 years old) had carpet that was obviously cleaner and smelled so much better! Joe was grt. He came in told me exactly what he was gonna do. N he did it. Our carpet looks amazing. His system is so much better than just soaking a rug. It brushes it clean. He uses pet safe cleaners n eco friendly. We were able to walk on it in two hrs n he also said if there were any spots he would come back. Our carpet is a white carpet n it looks grt. We really couldn’t b any happier. I highly recommend O2 carpet care & floor cleaner
