It has been a while since I needed carpet, but the service and install from Williams Carpet was excellent. The buying process with Ron was smooth and educational. The installers from Rick’s Flooring were professional, experienced and knowledgeable. Everything was done in a timely manner. Anyone thinking of flooring or carpet needs to check with Williams Carpet!

Our experience with Williams Carpet in removing carpeting and installing hardwood was excellent! From beginning to end, Klinton made the process stress-free and he went above and beyond in ensuring that we were comfortable and safe during this pandemic. He was very knowledgeable about his products and also helpful in the design and selection of the flooring. The installation crew were also terrific. They were prompt, professional, efficient, and did a great job of removing all the trash when they were finished. Our floors are beautiful and our only regret is that we did not do it sooner! As a matter of fact, we are so happy they are doing more work for us.
