If you want excellence in (carpet) cleaning & customer service, then call Willards! Kelly explained the setup & process before he did anything else. Kelly was very personable & a real pleasure to work with! Kelly cleaned 2 large wool area rugs, large master bedroom carpet & closet, & a 12’ entryway runner. I was so impressed with the extensive preparation Kelly went through before he even started the cleaning. He placed bumpers on my walls & furniture throughout that the hose may rub, placed mats throughout the walking areas in my home, & closed off the front door with a tarp door that had a window, so that you don’t lose your heat! We had our kitchen grout cleaned this week. We used Willard’s cleaning service. Kelly, the owner, was fantastic. He texted me a reminder the day before our appointment. He arrived on time, actually early. He covered areas with tarps where equipment would go. He covered corners to protect them from bumps and scrapes. After cleaning he sealed the clean grout. Highly recommend him. He cleans carpets and wood floors too. You’ll find his info on the internet of course.
