“Tomas and his crew are top-notch! He came out to look at what we wanted done and was very knowledgeable and reasonably-priced, considering the scope of work.

Throughout the process, he communicated any issues or choices to us and gave multiple options each time. Tomas was very budget-conscious and accommodating if we wanted to add/change something along the way.

He started the job and worked consistently until it was done. He never asked for money/deposits beforehand and we paid him in chunks along the way. We settled up at the end, and even after that, he checked in with us to make sure we were completely satisfied with the job.

As far as quality goes for our porch/roof/gutters…WOW! He is very meticulous and builds things to last! All supports/braces/footings far exceed code, the lumber used was larger than needed for sturdiness (ex: 6x6 posts vs 4x4, 2x6 railings vs 2x4, etc.), and even the lines of screws on the decking boards are perfectly straight and placed far enough from the ends to prevent future splitting. Tomas even noticed that one delivery of lumber was a lower-grade than he purchased and expected, and handled that before I got home from work to maintain his standards.
