Can't ever get the right color for my skin tone. Purchased a foundation the lady said looked good on me . Walked out, looking so pail. Just once, I would like to get the help of not looking like a dead person.

I wanted to use a gift card at Ulta that I got for the holidays. I haven't been in one in about 5 years. The women working around the store were lovely. The one working at the checkout counter however, was anything but. I fully understand it is part of the job to ask for phone numbers and such but I find it hard to believe that me saying "no thank you" and being given an awful attitude about it - is part of the description. I should never feel pressured or sorry for not giving someone my phone and email. Especially if I was polite about it.

The employees have always been courteous at this location and making online returns are hassle free. My issue is the perfume section always looks like the store is about to go out of business. The perfume shelves are bare bones with the exception of Ariana Grande fragrances that are overstocked. Many of testers are empty to match the empty shelves. Also, if you see a deal in store you can't get the deal online if the item is out of stock in the store. They also can't ship you the item from another store.
