Came in Thursday with my mom my mom has alopecia, staff member Christian did a wonderful job. I mean amazing job friendly service . Helping her find out what foundation color she needed . He actually made her up. She looked beautiful outstanding thanks Christian. He really helped us with our purchase
I had such a wonderful experience with Anna at Ulta! I hadn’t had my hair cut in a long time, and she immediately made me feel comfortable and confident. We had great conversations throughout the appointment, and I truly left feeling like I had gotten more than just a haircut — I got a little confidence boost, too!
Anna was also so helpful in recommending products for my thinning hair and answering some questions I had about my skin concerns. I really appreciated how knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely interested she was in helping me.
