Massage Envy provides massage, skin care, and total body stretch services that promote overall wellness and healthy living. Many customers praise the quality of massages and skin care treatments they receive. The massages are often described as great, with some clients noting significant improvements in physical health. Therapists like Erika create relaxing atmospheres and focus on effective therapy, making visitors feel comfortable and satisfied. Customers appreciate the personal attention and look forward to their appointments.
Some reviews mention issues with customer service, especially regarding phone communication. Customers have experienced difficulty reaching the location by phone, which has caused frustration and led to in-person visits. While some estheticians receive high praise for their technique and professionalism, others are viewed as needing improvement. The waiting area furniture has been criticized for being uncomfortable, suggesting a need for better seating to enhance the ambience. Despite recent increases in membership prices, many loyal customers value their experiences and the personal connections with staff members like Ashley. Overall, Massage Envy is known for its therapeutic services but could do more to improve customer service response times.
I cannot say enough good things about Tracey! She was kind, professional, and extremely good at what she does. She made me feel so comfortable and truly listened to me. I feel like a new person after my massage with her! I have been dealing with lots of pain and she really helped me.
It was the best professional massage I had ever had and I have had many! I left feeling so much better and really felt a difference. Gabby was great at making me feel comfortable and making the place feel like a relaxing experience. She was also great at making sure I felt satisfied and really made sure to focus on the areas I was telling her about. Will be back again!
I want to give a shout out to Peeta Estitichian at Massage Envy Burlington, she is fantastic! Her technique, the perfect amount of pressure while massaging your face, her professionalism, and knowledge! I am beyond impressed with her, Massage Envy reading this review, you better watch out, she's a shining star and can do so much better than Massage Envy, she needs to start her own business!
I would also suggest getting new furniture for the waiting area, the chairs and little love seat are not comfortable at all surely we can do better with the ambience for the waiting area.
