Dr. Vannasane and Dr. Berkelhammer are as competent and personable as one could hope for in a healthcare provider; they’re both very responsive to needs and attentive. I’d recommend them to anyone in need of dental work or maintenance!

I was a previous patient but had to switch due to insurance changes. I called for a cleaning with my fingers crossed and was able to get in with Jackie. OOMMGGG!!!! I received the most amazing service! I was truly all smiles when I left!!

In 2022 I got two crowns. The procedure went fine. They were very professional, kind, and helpful. After I got the crowns, I discovered that food was getting trapped between them. There was a rather large gap. I went back to the office, and they saw exactly what I was talking about. They tried to make some adjustments to the crown so the gap would close. Sadly, that didn’t work. Monday I went in to get one of the crowns replaced. They had to remove one crown, make a new one, adjust it so it would fit perfectly, and cement it in place. This is of course a time consuming procedure. Through the whole process, they were patient, kind, and very conscientious. The procedure was stressful for me, but they did everything possible to reduce my anxiety. I’m so glad I got it done. Today is Wednesday, and the new crown feels spectacular. Food is no longer getting trapped there like before. And the entire procedure was covered by the 5 year warranty on the crown. I could make a silly pun about the whole process, but I’ll just say that they made me feel like a king. They were wonderful, and I give them my very highest recommendation!

I have been a patient here since moving to NC in 2005. Dr's Touloupas have been great and I think they have chosen well in bringing Dr Bobbee on during their transition into retirement. My hygienist, Jackie is amazing too. I am very happy to have such a great team taking care of me and my family's dental care. Highly recommend if you are looking for an office to take care of yours as well.
