My sister has recently been assigned a nurse and a caregiver from Premier. I live 2 hours away from my sister. I met them both today when I came to pick her up for an appointment. I was surprisingly impressed. I didn't give a 5 star rating because things do change, but I will be optimistic that it will stay the same.

The Staff are friendly and polite, but being attentive when they say they will call you back is not the greatest. Being understanding of other staff is in between. It’s an agency that should work with you with your available schedule. If there’s a problem where it can’t be granted or whatever the case is, don’t tell your new hire that you’re going to call back because you might have something for them and not call at all. That’s not cool. It’s also mind blowing how I got a letter of termination when I was the one seeking for work and calling every other day. But the response I got back was we might have something for you and never call. Anyways, It’s whatever. Once again The staff aren’t bad its just the way they operate that’s not good. If they can change that,their company reviews might probably improve.

Awful agency. Every aide they sent my quadriplegic son was too disabled and old to help. They do not supervise the staff. They don't care about patients at aamll. They only care about billable hours andMoney. Run from this agency. After having aides for 11 years I can bonestly say they are the WORSAGDNCY IN ALAMANCE

As I'm writing this, my dad is currently going on Day 3 of consecutively no weekday care from Premier. He's a stroke victim, unable to move himself, and they've seemed to have abandoned him as a client.Currently working with my county DSS and my elder care attorney for options, as he has documented skin breakdown and the neglect from Premier isn't helping matters - if you have *any* choice in the matter, go with another agency.

In my opinion, the "leaders" and care staff of this company do not understand what professionalism and empathy encompass. For example, do they return phone message? No. Does the staff respectfully honor the client's home and surrounding environment? No. Does the staff contact the family member promptly when the care worker is not going to work? No. Does the VP of Operations on the Corporate level objectively listen and empathize with the consumer's concerns about the local office? No. If you wish to connect with a home health company which displays substandard organizational, communication and reliability standards, I encourage you to contact Premier Home Health Care in Burlington.

One gold star for the CNAs who have been assigned to us. They were excellent! Premiere will never keep good employees though. The office staff in Burlington could test the patience of Sister Theresa. They appear to be unorganized; they are quite often downright rude with us; they almost NEVER have a backup aid if our regular girl is out sick or takes a vacation day - they will either call and claim that they are trying to find a replacement (seldom happens) OR they don't call at all and blame it on the aid. It is sad to me that our VA hospital contracts with these people to provide a caregiver for a 95 yo WWII veteran and the premiere office staff doesn't take this responsibility seriously.

This Place Is Extremely A Waste. The Office Staff Are Lazy And Dont Care About Anyone. They Do Not Drug Test Their Employees Ever, Not Even When They Hire. It Is Possible You Could Have A Crackhead Taking Care Of Your Grandmother. I Have Worked For This Company Maybe 5 Months. The Pay Was Pitiful And So Were The Hours. I Have Seen And Heard Horrible Outcomes Of This Facility.Dont Waste Any Of Your Time.
