Had a tankless water heater installed. Travis Noble was great. Communicated well, professsional and timely. It was a pricey job/install but it was inevitable for us.

It cost me $257.00 to tell me that Mr Rooter could repair my line for an additional $600.00 ($827.00 Total) It cost me $211.00 for the repair. I will never call or recommend you to anyone.

My technician Mr Wiley was super skilled, informative, and efficient during the entire job....drained the old water heater....removed....left the house to obtain ,then installed new tank within 2.5 hours.... Workmanship is amazing....new piping is now up to code....assembly and design of pipes are neat and appealing... Excellent job...very satisfied....
Oh yeah....three plumbing companies in Greensboro were unavailable to respond to my calls....Mr. Riley arrived 30 - 45 minutes from another county...OUTSTANDING !!!!

You never try to up the price fix the problem in less than 20 minutes l truly appreciate your service and honesty l’m a single retired woman living on social security whom easily gets taken advantage of!
