The entire staff with KBuilt is phenomenal! Kevin and Heather went above and beyond to make sure our pool project was a success. Heather was extremely helpful in the design phase. We appreciated the time spent in looking at other projects so we could pick the pool layout, sun ledge, and stairs that fit our needs. We also thank you for the patience with us as we agonized over choosing a liner. I have used K Built Pools since I moved to the Burlington area. they are literally the best. They are always there to help, and they are quick to share their knowledge with their customers. Brad came to not only close my pool last fall, but again to open it today. He is a treasure. He went above and beyond, in my opinion, to help me understand my system, and also did some extra work to more thoroughly clean the waterline and the spa. Brad is kind, friendly and always willing to help with any questions I have. K Built Pools is lucky to have Brad represent them to their customers and I am lucky to have K Built Pools to rely on. can't recommend them enough!
