We contacted First Call upon the recommendation of our HVAC company. We were very impressed with the prompt response, attention, and desire to help us out. We live in a house we purchased 8 years ago and had never cleaned the air vents out. The communication we received from Johnathan was top notch through the whole process. The two technicians that performed the service were incredibly respectful, polite, and they answered any questions I had without hesitation. They respected our property and once the job was complete, they left everything the way they found it. They also made some useful recommendations when they identified an issue with our AC unit.

I had mold in my HVAC system, so First Call came out and cleaned all of the ducts for us and fogged them too. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite the entire time. The company even worked around my schedule to get the job done at a time that worked best for me. Thank you!
Crawl space encapsulation with a plumbing check up and line cleaning this was after we had them to clean all the heating and a/c ductwork - they were very knowledgeable and kept us informed on every thing that was going on - we were very happy with being kept up to date on the progress and each step that had to be done in the process . Very nice and helpful employees .This will us with the air quality and energy costs .
