Absolutely love Feel Better! As someone who struggles with a lot of joint pain the deep stretch classes have really helped me in that area! I also have a love/hate relationship with the weights class. I appreciate that the instructors all take the time to fully explain movements/poses and are incredibly encouraging.
Nice sized studio. Clean. Friendly staff.Personally not a fan of Power Vinyasa but I push through since it’s hard to find a traditional hot yoga studio. I also prefer my Yoga with NO music.Overall I would recommend if the above is your jam. Totally worth visiting if you just need to get some Yoga in and don’t mind all the extra stuff.
FBY is a truly special yoga studio. I appreciate and am grateful for the atmosphere and culture FBY has created...friendly and welcoming instructors, motivating and affirmative quote walls, and no mirrors! Oh, and such great music during class! Something amazing happens to my mindset during class and the comparison thief leaves the building. LOL! My most favorite thing is the huge variety of classes they offer at both locations. Options for any and everyone! Lastly, let's discuss the paint can - where yogis can leave any and all feedback for the ownership team. It is evident that they take the feedback to heart and that is rare in today's business world.
