I experienced a sudden and critical issue with my washer leaking because not only do I have my own laundry to do, but I also do the laundry for my mom who is in skilled nursing with advanced dementia (she has a severe phobia about people taking her clothes). My husband and I tried our best to repair the leak, but were unsuccessful. F&H Appliance is a real find. So many appliance repair businesses are greedy and sometimes disrespectful. F&H Appliance is very respectful helpful, and very competent. Naturally our extended warranty expired 2 months ago. John was the repair tech that serviced our Samsung dryer. He was very professional and anticipated from our description that the dryer was not getting hot enough that it was most likely the heating element, so he put a new one on his truck. Excellent service. Communication, promptness, professionalism. John came out to service our broken washing machine. He fixed the problem & made a friend of our golden retriever. This is the old-fashioned repair service that I thought ended decades ago. Such a find. Highly recommend.
