When we had company over and the water became very cloudy and foamy, I was ready to drain the tub and start over. Instead, I called Margarita, and she walked me through exactly what chemicals to use and how to get everything balanced again. What impressed me most was that she didn't just give advice and disappear—she checked in with me every day to see how things were progressing and made sure the water was getting back to where it needed to be.
Epic repaired my hot tub and did a great job. The technician was knowledgeable and helpful. He figured out the pump had broken, so they ordered a new one and came and replaced it the next week. They also did a full clean and purge of the hot tub which was a great add on service that I would recommend to anyone. Feels like I have a new hot tub!
