We have used this company for a few years now to come out and check our older HVAC system because it wasn't cooling. In the past it was usually low on freone and the service tech would take care of it and we could get through another summer. This year when David, the service tech came out, it was completely frozen up and had a leak. David was great about explaining the issue and we decided to replace the system. Dwain, VP Residential Operations, contacted us promptly about a quote for the new system. We had our quote by that afternoon and thought it was very reasonable. On the service call before the one yesterday, we had a service man come out and tell us they don’t service Geo Thermal systems. Since they had installed the system and serviced it every year, this was news to us. He had to call the company to check, which does not instill a lot of confidence in a customer. We honestly thought about using another company, but all that changed with our recent service call with Trevor. He went above and beyond and even took the blower out of the unit in the attic and cleaned it. To my knowledge, nobody else did that for us. I called Chisholm and asked them to mark our account to always send Trevor, who I highly recommend.
