Easy to work with them, very nice home options & surprisingly good interior chices for a modular company! They always got back to us on our questions within 24 hours. Very nice people & company, Annabelle, Andy & Shields are great!
They’ve been great to work with- smooth and easy process. Andy has always been very receptive and prompt in answering questions or addressing any fixes that needed to be done. My new home is truly beautiful and I’m so happy with it!
We did a lot of research on modular homes before deciding to head up to Burlington to see these homes in person. When we got there we were warmly welcomed by Debbie, she showed us around the homes gave us the ins and outs of how they were made and gave us some base price points. We have not decided whether we're going to buy modular or not but if we do we would definitely use Carolina custom homes.
