I had visited several other modular stores in North Carolina and let me tell you the sales staff to service was top notch. No build is perfect and we are smart enough to know and understand that, if building a new home was easy everyone would do it! I have referred this company to several of my friends and will continue to do so!
Shields is very knowledgeable, professional and great to work with. I highly recommend Carolina Custom Homes. They make designing your dream home so easy and fun! The models they have are beautiful and give you a good idea of the quality they offer. If you are thinking of building Nationwide and Carolina Custom Homes should be your first call. You will be so happy you started with the best.
Our sales person Debbie was great to work with, Lee the engineer did a great job and kept us posted on things. Danny who does the punch list was AMAZING, he finished up our punch list in one day and I loved his attention to detail. As far as all the subcontractors all were spot on with the exception of the mud guy that joined both pieces together, he would get here around lunch and be gone by 3 or 3:30. I feel if he would have done a full days work that part would’ve not taken that long. My only complaint is I wished there would have been a set list with a timeline of who and when they were coming other than “there would be someone there every week” which we went... read full review
