We did a lot of research on modular homes before deciding to head up to Burlington to see these homes in person. When we got there we were warmly welcomed by Debbie, she showed us around the homes gave us the ins and outs of how they were made and gave us some base price points. We have not decided whether we're going to buy modular or not but if we do we would definitely use Carolina custom homes.

We were blown away when we came to visit Carolina customs homes with the quality of the construction and the fit and finish. This went way beyond any of the other modular homes we have viewed. Had the pleasure of meeting Debbie she was wonderful and answered all of our questions. Definitely recommend this company if you're looking for a modular home that meets and exceeds your expectations.

Wonderful customer service, Anna-belle was the absolute best and I loved the help I received whenever I had questions. She was absolutely AMAZING at replying promptly to all my emails and phone calls. I LOVE my new home and would highly recommend Carolina Custom Homes and Annabelle.

My experience at this location was mixed. I called ahead and spoke with a representative named Jacky, who was very friendly and helpful. However, upon arriving at the office, there was no one at the front desk. After calling out several times, another representative, Anna, came to assist us. While she was also friendly, she repeatedly pushed her own opinions despite my husband and I explaining that we already had a plan in place and were simply looking for pricing on a few properties.
I had requested this information over the phone but was told we needed to come into the office. Once we made it clear that we were not planning to make a purchase that day and were only price-checking, we were able to tour a few homes. In my opinion, some of the homes seemed overpriced; for example, I personally would not pay $500,000 for a modular home with an unfinished upstairs. Anna emphasized that the company is number one in the industry, but the pricing still felt high to me.
I do wish I had been able to meet with Jacky, as she did not come across as pushy during our phone conversation, and I believe my experience might have been more positive.
