Right from the get-go, I first encountered Elmer at the shop who set the tone with his friendliness and quick action in getting the ball rolling for taking my countertop site measurements. Super polite, funny, and well-spoken young man who reminded me more of a high end concierge at an international resort.When it came to picking a stone slab, Elmer was the real MVP. (Destined for upper management?) Patient, knowledgeable – he made the process a breeze. For example, even when I didn't find the perfect slab on-site, he hustled to get the one I wanted from a wholesaler in just 24 hours. Now, that's service!Will and his crew arrived very shortly after that and made the installation look easy – on time and spot-on. Super clean and fast! I could tell these guys had tons of experience. But what blew me away was their owner, Carlos. So, after installation when the job was ready for inspection, I shared some concerns with Elmer, and bam, Carlos was on the line within minutes. I had previously met and talked with him at the shop but I didn’t know that he was actually the owner of the company. Polite, understanding, and he didn't just talk the talk. He personally showed up, (guys, not kidding, in like 20 minutes), fixed the countertop hiccups personally, and then even took care of a lingering cabinet mistake left behind by my other crew!! It took a full hour to do just that part (not his job, but he just could not leave me with their mistake!) and he did not slam the other guys once. Total pro, for real. Very intelligent, wise for his age, and overall cool guy. We were cracking up! Carlos stayed late into the evening to get it right since I had made some custom changes. The countertops are super nice!My opinion is that JC Countertops, led by Carlos, isn't just about doing a great job; they are about giving you an end result that feels perfect. No doubt– they're extremely good at what they do. If you want countertops and/or a kitchen makeover without the headaches, these are your people. Highly, highly recommend.“
