Had a noise start under my car on the way home Tuesday night. Went in Wednesday morning for them to check it and they diagnosed and fixed the problem before the end of the day. Gave me a ride to work and picked me up afterwards. Fast and reasonable service and prices.

Brought my vehicle in today (10/09/24) to Black's Tire & Auto Service for an oil change @8:20AM. Customer service associates were prompt, friendly, professional service! The mechanic that performed my oil change was also very friendly, and professional. I've been bringing all of my vehicle's to their establishment for a long time and as always, never disappointed. This place won me over with their kindness first and foremost. I haven’t spoken to one person from front counter to service tech and not been met with a sincere kindness. That’s a huge value of mine, so when I see others, especially businesses operating with those same values I don’t even think about price, how long it will take, or do you have the best product. Now I can check the box on all those as well but what really stands out to me here is just the level of care, and kindness I’m met with every time I go.
