I came to leave a 5-star review and was absolutely shocked to see so many people have had negative experiences. I’ve been here twice, once for a biopsy and again for surgery.
Dr. Smith was by far the kindest, most gentle, caring, and meticulous doctor I have ever encountered. He genuinely cares about people and is exceptional at what he does.

The techs make what should be a terrifying experience an enjoyable one. They are genuine, caring, thorough, and helpful. Jackie was an absolute joy to be around. She even called to check on me after the procedure! <3

So far so good. I thought I was running late today around 1 pm and. I could not get an answer at the office when I called and tried to inform them I was running late. Thankfully, I was not late; I set the appointment time early in my calendar, so I was on time and the wait time once I was there was not unpleasantly long. The only thing at the front desk when I got there that I can say was not professional was that the 2 receptionists that were there were engaged in a conversation when I arrived, and once I was at the check in desk, instead of cutting off their personal conversation, they ignored me and wrapped up their conversation before getting and checking me in.... read full review

They called to reached my appointment due to Se needing or wanting the day off and I had to wait 5 months to get a full body check, which is a 15 min allotted appointment! I believe time should be built in for reached and emergencies each day
I certainly should knit be made to wait 5 months
