My experience with the Dr's has been OK but customer service not so much. If you need good communication, look elsewhere. The young blonde haired woman I spoke with at the front desk recently didn't seem to care if I was there or not and had no apparent concern about the issue with my appointment.Update: I called the number provided in the response below and got a Cone Health voicemail with lots of options having noting to do with my concern and then an opportunity to leave a voicemail. Thanks but no thanks.

Doesn’t care about patients active issues. Doesn’t care about returning phone calls. Doesn’t care about how long you wait in the exam room, even if it’s an hour an a half, and when you go find a “nurse” you get the response “oh we didn’t even know you were in there” like I just wondered in and picked a room and sat down. I don’t understand why this place can’t do better. One star was my only option, I’d choose zero.

The wait time is horrible with no updates from anyone as to when Dr will be able to see you. The young blonde girl checking you in is absolutely horrible with customer service. She never smiles and is so unfriendly. Will never go back again!
