Yesterday I was stranded in Burgaw 2 hours from home but thanks to Tyler and another employee, I was on my way at 7pm. Tyler went above and beyond to stay late which no other mechanic in the area even offered to do. You will never know just how much I appreciated you

Wonderful service. Was able to get me in same day I called for an inspection, was able to allow my kiddo to stay in the truck since he was sleeping. Friendly and VERY knowledgeable. Will definitely continue using Thompson Enterprise. Great family company.

Jessie was absolutely amazing to work with. My family and I were traveling down I-40 when we had an emergency with our vehicle. After accidentally calling Thompson Enterprise thinking it was a car rental place, they were able to get us towed safely to the local dealership, even though they were closing in 15 minutes. Due to no rental cars in the area, Jessie had already offered to rent us a U-Haul to continue our weekend trip while our car got checked out at the dealership. The owner (we never got his name!) and Jessie were phenomenal and kind during this very stressful moment at the beginning of our trip.
