“We contracted with Rainbow Restoration for new flooring, kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, interior doors, drywall repair/painting and all baseboards/trim following extensive damage caused by water at our daughter's home. We were referred to Rainbow by our insurance carrier as a preferred contractor.
Larry Owens and his team did a fantastic job with the entire project, and finished all the work on time and on budget. Their extremely detailed estimate of the repairs needed (prepared by Haywood) and their communication directly with the insurance company adjuster was handled incredibly quickly and smoothly, resulting in a timely payment to us from the insurance carrier for all repairs needed.
The work was performed as promised, with care for the property and in a quality manner. We visited Rainbow's showroom in Burgaw to make flooring and cabinet design selections, and were pleased with the quality of the products. The communication was very good throughout the process, and we were contacted with any questions along the way. Our project managers Robert and Justus were excellent, and the work was kept on track without surprises or issues. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed quickly and professionally.
When it came time for final touches and return of the household contents (which Rainbow stored for us during the process), the move-in team was fantastic, and treated the cleaning and move-in process as if it was their own home...we couldn't have been more pleased with their work.
