Called Rainbow restoration from two personal recommendations. I had to fire Paul Davis restoration due to their lack of communication and tbh their lack of expediency or interest. So far Rainbow has been in constant weekly contact and has even helped with the insurance portion of the process. Installation process starts next week and will update after.
