“I had a fantastic experience with Williams Carpet Care! I called on Monday and was able to get scheduled just a few days later, which was incredibly convenient.
I had actually been putting off having our carpets professionally cleaned because I was worried about how much it would cost. I was pleasantly surprised by the quote, especially considering how much carpet we needed cleaned and the condition it was in. After seeing the results, I absolutely feel like I received quality service and a great value for what I paid.
Kelvin, our technician, was prompt, kind, professional, and did an amazing job. We had four bedrooms, our upstairs loft area, and the stairs cleaned. With kids and dogs, our upstairs carpet was honestly trashed. We had stains ranging from paint and makeup to pet stains, and I wasn’t sure how much of it would actually come out.
The difference is incredible. The carpets look and smell amazing and everything feels fresh again.
I also really appreciate that Williams Carpet Care is a locally owned Fayetteville business rather than a big national chain. Between the quick scheduling, fair pricing, great customer service, and quality of the carpet cleaning, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the Fayetteville, NC area looking for professional carpet cleaning. We’ll definitely use them again!”
