There isn't enough space and there aren't enough words to express how much we appreciate Greg, his knowledge, his leadership, and his professionalism. Our build was extremely difficult... Two years difficult. We experienced every possible curveball (due to the SIP panel home, not due to Greg or his subs), but Greg hung in with us, kept us on track, and was a pleasure to work with. He advocated for us when necessary (very rarely, Greg has excellent relationships with folks), advised us constantly (our first build), and helped us with the best investment of our lives. Greg took on my project under unusual circumstances, but was willing to work with me and the challenges from my build. While I was living in another state, he was able to solve some unexpected problems and kept me informed and involved in every decision. He and his crew were skilled, courteous and patient. Greg was easy to communicate with and helpful with my concerns and decision making.I appreciated his attention to detail to make sure everything was to my expectations. Greg Jenkins Builders built our very custom mountain home to our personal specifications and using a building design we created. As luck would have it, our project timeline began right in the middle of a national pandemic. Greg worked with us through a very difficult national supply chain and inflationary period that we had not accounted for at the onset of this project. We made several design changes throughout the construction project in an effort to maintain a budget we could still afford, amidst substantial rising costs of building materials.
