“We reached out to set up a Pre-Purchase exam for a horse we are interested in. Our experience was wonderful! The reception staff were kind and communicated well. I am out of state and the whole team made communication very easy. They even agreed to do a Zoom call with a video so we could be a part of the PPE exam on the horse. Dr. Shanahan was amazing. She thoroughly examined the horse, explained all aspects of what she was doing, and answered any questions. The team was kind and calm with the young horse and had excellent patience and care. At the end of the exam, I felt confident we knew this horse's health and could confidently decide whether to purchase. If I lived near this clinic I would be using them. I recommend this doctor and clinic for PPE.“
